Trail starts at a parking lot off Mount Seymour Rd and Anne Macdonald Way.

All the Lower Old Buck is a good condition gravel trail. This is a well used multi-use trail

First Trail Junction

The first trail branching off is the Empress Bypass Trail which connects up to the Bridle Path. Though this is a mountain bike trail it's quite ok to hike as long as you keep an eye out for bikes coming down at speed. You're more likely to encounter someone walking their dog than a bike on this short trail

The trail continues up the hill parallel to Mt. Seymour Road
